Penis pain - prostatitis?

Same as everyone else
I've been dealing with this Since June of 2008...It's just appeared one day and I don't know the cause...My symptoms are redness, irritation on the tip of my penis mainly around the opening. What could cause a reduction in my amount of ejaculate?
I am 60 yrs old and have been experiencing a reduction in the amount of ejaculate I produce while climaxing, any idea what may be causing this or maybe a suggestion as to how it can be treated?
