overactive prostate!

I had a vasectomy 30+ years ago. I am a paraparetic L-2 for 19 years. I'm 62 years old. I use a leg bag. I am able to have sexual relations. Here's a different story. blood in semen

I noticed today that when I ejaculated i had some blood in my semen i am a 51 year old man could this be a sign of prostate problems ?
