Prostate milking for a rising PSA?

My PSA slowley rises over the years. A nurse asked me about milking the prostate? Did I have to have it done? (no)   What is it like and what is done, does it hurt?

GreenLight procedure?

My doctor plans to use the Greenlight laser pocedure to trim my enlarged prostate. Anybody gone through this?

Biopsy harmful?
