I am 63, had BPH for 6 years, have been on Flomax, need surgery.

UNABLE TO HAVE AN ORGASM

Dear Dr Greenstein,I have BPH and am on Flomax and, more recently, Avodart.While on Flomax alone I had no problem having an orgasm.However, while on Flomax and Avodart I am unable to have one. Curious about Rheumatoid athritis, i think i have it?
