Celebrex, other NSAIDs may help prevent enlarged prostate

Older men who regularly take non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) like Celebrex, aspirin, and ibuprofen may reduce their risk for developing an enlarged prostate. A recent study at the Mayo Clinic has found that men who took NSAIDs regularly had a 50-percent reduction in prostate enlargement and a 35-percent reduction in moderate to severe urinary problems.
