Doctors look for cause of prostate cancer in black men

Black men get prostate cancer at an earlier age--and are twice as likely to die from it--and doctors say they want to know why. Researchers at Howard University have identified a genetic marker that they say may explain why the black male population is particularly at risk, but the results are not yet conclusive. They say they'll continue their research, since a clear genetic link may lead to improved treatment and possibly disease prevention.
