As well, we have a very active Q & A section where people ask questions and other community members answer based on their own experience with the disease and whatever knowledge we managed to pick up along the way.  Asking and answering questions in public allows the community to read answers to other people that may address their own issues, as well, so please consider jumping into the discussion!
