      <title>I can WALK !!!!</title>
      <description>Yes! I can!! It has been 5 years since I got RA and for four of those, my right knee has been swollen to like thrice its original size and PAINFUL! I could not take one step without cursing my life. Doctors had told me I will definitely need a knee replacement in a couple of years from now.&amp;nbsp;But now I can walk - almost as good as a normal person!!! What do I attribute it to? Exercise - physical and breathing exercises. Yes, medication helps...</description>

      <title>What to expect when taking injectible methotrexate?</title>
      <description>Hi,
&amp;nbsp;
&amp;nbsp;Though I have been on methotraxte for a long time now, I have always taken it in the tablet form, and have been pretty OK with it excepting the nausea the whole of the next day. But since I started to actually throw-up soon after the tablets since the past few weeks, my rhuematologist suggested I go in for the injectibles, which I am to start this coming saturday.
