cinnamon & honey

  • I am a pain in the neck,[really] I have recentley found out that a teaspoon of cinnamon & desert spoon of honey in a cup of boiling water helps Ra has anybody tried it .{was also told not to take cinnamon with blood preasure pills I dont take these}

    you said you heard that if you take blood pressure meds, not to take cinnamon.  A dozen different Doc.s have seen all the meds my husband is on, and all the vitamins.  He takes two caps of cinnamon daily and is on two blood pressure meds a day, not ome word that he shouldnt take them.  He also has diabetes, cinnamon also holds down sugar.

    In the winter, my hands and fingers hurt and after I found out about cinnamon and honey, I have taken it for a week, it is snowing out, very cold, I have no pain in my hands.  I love to knit and crochet and now I can again.

    I do have one question.  Is there anywhere that I can get Cinnamon and Honey in a capsul?  I have a VERY large dog and he...

      I just read your blog. You dont have to put the cinnamon and honey in capsule. I have a 16 year old German Shephard and Chow that I give 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 teaspoon honey with about 4oz water everyday and it helps tremendously with her arthritis. When you combine it use a turkey baster and squirt it gently in the dogs mouth using napkins for any spills....

      I am giving Max his honey and cinnamon on top of his food along with a cap of glucosomine.  It does help him.  I also have found cinnamon at Sam's Club in caps.
