Yesterday, 4/25/09, I participated in the 2009 National Arthritis Walk in Fenton, Michigan. I brought my own team, named "Team RA". It was a great expereince and it felt wonderful that I was proactive in taking steps to do my part in raising awareness to fight for a cure for RA. There were only 10 of us in my team this year because of short notice on my part, but everyone had a wonderful time and plan to come back next year with friends. Most of all they gained knowledge about RA and now share my desire and hunger to raise awareness & fight for a cure for RA. I can't wait for next years walk and I want to encourage everyone to find their local Arthritis Walk and get involved in any way they can. http://lmt.arthritis.org/ This is the link and when you go there, you can find your state and go from there.
I hope you all will be blessed as I have been.

I love the fact that you could take part in such a beautiful cause. Congratulations and all the more power to you.
I can not walk.
So I am wondering what makes me so upset when I read about all of these beautiful causes when I can not even take part in WALKING? I say all the power to you if you can still walk, and I urge you to continue doing your part.
I do fundraising with my jewelry designs for cancer, and now you have inspired me to start focusing on OUR issues. Thanks so much for helping me with my decision. Thanks for being part of our cause.
I'm so glad that you decided to use your talent/gift for a cause that helps not only yourself/us, but others who are also suffering! I think that we all have gifts that are suited to certain things, and if jewely design is your gift, then You Go Girl! I'm still looking for my gift. lol! No really, I do like to walk and get out, get the exercise and knowing that it was for a good cause, made it all the more special! I'm sorry that you aren't able to walk, but God is saving you for something else...like jewelry design!
I personally LOVE jewelry, do you have a website where you sell or display your items?
You are a sweetie. I wish you lived close. I live in Port Chester NY. My website is:

Thanks for your words of love and encouragement, and you are right, God disabled me from my personal trainer career for a better gift, both for myself and for the world.
You are a doll. Thanks so much. You made my day.
Lizzy (I put Sc before names as a silly weird quirky thing, which is why I am Scrizzy).
Awwww...thank you. You are very sweet too. I am in Swartz Creek Michigan, so not too far from you. Any time you want to talk send me a message.
Take care. Can't wait to see your jewelry!
