60-Second Guide to RA

By RA Guy Wednesday, May 27, 2009

I've always wanted a short, comprehensive guide to RA that doesn't require a medical dictionary to decipher, that I could use to share with friends and family. So I spent this past weekend putting together my 60-Second Guide to RA. Please check it out if you'd like, and feel free to share with friends and family (a pdf version is also available for download.)

Thanks everyone!

bravo! I'm going back to TX in july to see my family, whom I haven't seen since before my DX, and I know they're gonna have questions.   This makes it sooo simple to inform them and discuss if they have to.  i already printed 4 copies of it for my siblings.

kudos to you!

Great post - I love your guide!

And welcome to HealthCentral.  It's great to have another man on board - sometimes, things can get a little estrogen heavy on RA sites and we very much appreciate the balance.

Thanks for stepping up. Man, we have a strong and growing team.

We are gonna lick this thing someday.

Great job on your new site!

Kelly

P.S. See my guide to empathy for RA in 15 seconds flat! on my blog - we have a lot in common. This is as fun as we can make it, right? Cool

Thank you so much for this. I think my work colleagues would be shocked to see in plain English the things I have to deal with. Showing them this might give them some kind of insight into my life :) thanks so much
