Some Things I do to help with my chronic Pain is to: 1. use a parrifen wax machine on my sore hands, elbows. 2. take a hot hot shower(sit on a shower chair) or take a bath if u can still get in and out. 3. a heating pad or blanket.. 4. drink a cup off earl grey tea.. Sometimes those help me feel a little bit better, I mean it doesnt take it all away but it does dull it some.. I also will just stay in bed and take more pain medication on some days..
