Amy,
I completely understand what you are saying. I work out 2-3 times a week with a our local gym and lately I ahve been so exhausted that it's all I can do to get myself to work and back. I've been trying to force myself to go, because like you, I feel so much better when I am exercising, but man it's so difficult to get myself there.
I wish everyone luck in the exhausting job of balancing weight management and their meds for pain.

Greetings
With most alaiment we focus on primary drugs and therapy which is good but missing the spiritual growth. Reccomend having a relationship with The Lord, not church, just a one to one communication in prayer or worship ( singing ) . www.hillsongs.com have free downloads
We all prayer in times of desperation but having a friend who will never leave you or depart is an awesome feeling.
