Oh yes ... Scared ... with a swollen leg/dog scratch wound seeing my newest doctor .. a wonderful Plastic Surgeon.. who just told me that I would be seeing him for awhile and skin grafts!!!

After the doctor numbed the area .. he debried the area of dead skin and redressed my wound ... sent me home to stay in bed with my leg elevated ..

WHAT?? Who's going to take care of...

Colby wanted Daddy's attention ... or mine ... so he pawed at myleg ... no big deal I thought ... until our handler, Franny noticed the blood running down my leg ... Oh Crap I thought ...I will have to take precious...

Just When I Least Expect It!!!

In the brief times of peace .... I am walking (we'll call it walking...lol) around our 1 acre property on "pooper scooper" patrol ... with a bunch of doggies trailing along behind me .... two little Jack Russell Terriers, Collin & Gabby take the lead, pouncing and springing here and there ... pointing out where each and every "pick-up" is needed ... lol .. while Arthur & Timmy (beautiful Rough Collies) stand guard on either side of...

Where's The Magic Pill!??

It is late ... or should I say early morning .... I am up to help my husband with the show dogs ... eat a little breakfast together ... take my endless medications and then go to bed ... I have the second shift!

The night watch I call it ... all sorts of creeking sounds in the house ... repeats of the news from earlier today are my companions .... my husband's alarm clock going off ... it starts again .... another day .... another...
