My aunt is in advanced stages of RA the doctor says. This past few days her kidneys were failing and had to be rushed to the hospital and she was in exrutiating pain! Well after medication and good food therapy, her kidneys are back to normal and she's on meds. She is at a state where she's scared and dont have much information on the disease, her fingers are now deformed and she cant do much for herself. She lives in Kenya where there is no groups and therapy that she can afford to help her. Now this is where i come in, i help as much as i can but i have been trying to learn more about RA to help her learn how to live with the disease and to some level be independent. Any information and help will be appreciated. Right now she's on some meds for a week, and then she goes back to the doctor for a followup!
