Another return, and pray I can keep it up this time

I wanted to apologize for my severe absence from the site. I lost my insurance in Feb and trying to get the care I need from the VA Hospital has not been a very easy task.

It seems to be getting better and I will attempt to keep up this time. I also will try to keep you informed as I am now the Ambassador for District 7 in OHIO for the Arthritis Foundation to the US Congress.

Lets home I can start this all over again with a better attitude than I have had in the past few months.

I WONT GIVE UP!

Hi, Booboo,

Welcome back to the community. Sounds like things are turning around for you now. The medical system can be quite difficult to navigate, especially when one has a chronic illness. I am fairly new to this site, but look forward to your posts. I want to thank you now for volunteering for the Arthritis Foundation. That is great. Maybe in the future you can share some of your experiences being an ambassador. Peace, V

I haven't been good at keeping up with this site for a while, but remember reading you early on - good luck and best wishes for succeeding in your own health care and your ambassadorship - I'll bet you have some stories to tell that will wake up some legislators, which would be all to the good... sounds like you have a calling!

I'm so glad to see your name on the post again! You've been missed around the site.

Sorry to hear that the reason for your absence wasn't that you were doing wonderfully and too busy to surf the Internet. We all have dips and when you do, it's important to focus on getting better. Sometimes that includes communities such as MyRACentral and sometimes, your focus gets really narrow. I hope you find a way to get better soon. When you do, I think the users on the site would be very interested in learning about you being in Ambassador.
