Dreams and Random Thoughts

Often times we spend days wondering "what if?" The "What ifs?" That come up from time to time are the following: -did I make the right career choice -what would I do if money were no object -should I make a career change -what are my real passions in life I know the answer to the last for me; Aviation, Business, Safety of Aviation, Aircraft Maintenance, and Photography. Being an Aiframe & Powerplant Mechanic who takes everything involved with safety very seriously, I feel like I need to go further in my career to make a difference. But I do often, being Russain Orthodox, wonder if I should have became a priest. I do find solace in being close to God and helping others and it brings a peaceful over me. At times I also get this when looking deep into a mechanical problem on an aircraft and thank God for the skills he blessed me with and the talents he gave me. I try not to look on the problems he has given me as far as health, but on the blessings he has provided me. Dreams may come and go for some but we should use that passion to help each other since we are all on this big blue ball together.
