About Me

I started getting in to running about 5 yrs ago then joined the YMCA started really getting in shape got into spin class at the Y and Loved it then got me a Gaint ocr road bike and Loved it 2yrs ago trained and did the MS 150 in charletsville Va 150 mile bike ride in 2 days and did some small races running I stopped smoking about 10yrs ago when I got preganent with my one and only child and never went back to that bad habit.And then I had trouble with right wrist and had carple tunnle surgery in july of 07 then in dec. of that year I started having joints on my feet and fingers and even shoulders locking up I tryed to fix it myself thought it was just the cold weather blues fely bad all the time I get home from work I just wanted to go to bed ..You can't do that when you have a 8 yr old to raise it has been very hard the Doc. sent me to a Reumy doc he said my RA factor and sed rate were normal but he said my anti-ccp was way over 250 so now I'm on Mtx and it has helped but still i have flares any way thats my story
