    For many years, I would not eat garlic, because of the ethnic slurs associated with the term "garlic eaters" for people of Slavic descent. Then I met this Englishwoman, who loved it and used it in everything. I became a believer!

     

    Just one note - my daughter took a course at University on Herbal Remedies (very scientific), and studies have shown that the garlic capsules, odorless or otherwise are virtually useless. Processing takes away the wonderful medicinal qualities of this delicate bulb.  So eat it raw, and enjoy.
