There is nothing more refreshing in the summertime than some nice fresh pineapple to snack on.  It turns out that pineapple is good for rheumatoid arthritis as well.  Pineapple contains an enzyme called bromelain which breaks down protein and has anti-inflammatory and pain relieving effects.
