    LivingRheum-

    I know about ginger as my hobby is sailing.  (ginger can help with seasickness.)  

    But what about blueberries?  Aren't they loaded with antioxidents?  And more importantly, what about the blueberry pie I just pulled from the oven:-)  Is that actually good for me?  I used fresh blueberries!

    And it's yummy! I do a lot of stirfries with ginger and garlic and the two combined just take it into something drool-worthy.
