I have always heard wonderful things about being treated for RA with all natural supplements and diet change.  I have heard that this has done wonders for many.  I wish you the best of luck!  Please keep us updated and let us know how this is working for you as it may help some of us who have been thinking about it also.  Keep up the positive attitude as that will take you far too.  Good luck and best wishes!

I am so so so so so happy to hear this! I want to tell you that I have done an eliminaton diet which is where you stop eating every food that is a potential allergen and then you add one back into your diet one at a time. Then, when your symptoms worsen, you know which food aggrevates your arthritis. It's not easy. Not at all. Doing this the natural way will be one of the biggest challenges you will face in your life in many ways emotionally and physically. I'm only telling you this because you need to be prepared and when you have a really strong craving, or you are crying and asking why you have to deprive yourself of this when others get to eat whatever the heck they want without any consequences, you need to know that this is what it's supposed to be like. It's going to be hard and frustrating.

But, the day that you wake up and realize that you don't feel tired or stiff and that your joints are actually useable, will be the most rewarding day of your life. Please stay strong through the process because I know you will have success! I know it!
