It goes to show you that not all doctors should be doctors! I had two RA doctors tell me the only exercise I should do is swiming! And here after reading this article I find I could have been doing more all the time and might feel better now because of it! Well I am going to start walking again! I'm not going to let this disease keep me down any more! I have a life to live and I am going to live it! Thanks for the article, it was really enlightening!

These are great suggestions, and some I've tried. I really like water therapy, but it's not very practical with my work schedule. With my commute I'm away from home almost 12 hrs a day. I have recently begun to take short walks on my lunch time, and almost always take the stairs at work instead of the elevator. Some days it just hurts so much. If I had a tail it would be dragging on the ground today!
