WHEN FIRST DIAG WITH R.A I WAS PUT ON 4000MG DEMARDS PER DAY THAT CLEARLEY STATED ON THE BOTTLE AVOID SUNLIGHT ,LATER I NOTICED I WAS GETTING PAIN IN MY HIP,SO I ASKED FOR A BONE DENSITY TEST WHICH SHOWED THE EARLY STAGE OF OSTEOPOROSIS SO I THEN ASKED FOR A TEST DEFEICINSY GUESS WHAT VIT D VERY LOW ,SO I MADE THE CHOICE AT A RISK DROP OF HEAVY DUTY MEDS AND DO WHAT IM DOING WHICH YOU WILL FIND IN MY POSTS ,STAY HAPPY BYE BYELaughing
