    SOMETIMES I WONDER ABOUT SMOKING GETTING BLAMED FOR EVERYTHING.YES I AGREE ONE SHOULDNT SMOKE ,I AM A VERY FORTUNATE MAN MY PAIN IS ZERO MOST OF THE TIME,BY STAYING WITH MY ROUTINE ,ONLY THING THAT HAS CHANGED I WALK [NOT FAST] ABOUT FOUR TIMES THE DISTANCE, GUESS WHAT ITS A BEAUTIFULL DAY ITS WINDY,RAINING NATURE IS BATHING IN IT AND I IN NATURE AND IM WALKIN SOON ,SO HOPE YOU ALL GET IN TUNE WITH NATURE YOU WILL NOTICE SO MUCH MORE ,HAVE A NICEDAY BE HAPPY STAY FOCUSED BYE BYELaughing
