The holidays have come and gone. This year, they felt exceptionally speedy - even though I could have sworn that I saw an in-store holiday promotion two days after Halloween. Which, effectively, makes it a holiday quarter versus a holiday season (not sure why I'm the only one who seems to notice this...

I'm pretty sure I saw Christmas decorations before Halloween.  May even have ranted about it for a few weeks - finish one holiday before you start the next one, right? Smile

Understand where you are coming from: just off to my first Tai Chi for Arthritis sufferers class of 2010 in an hour! Brilliant sessions, organised by Arthritis Care, and run by Steve. Really making a difference to my mobility and state of mind.

 

And I agree about the length of the season. Here in the UK it goes straight into Christmas mode after Halloween, but you guys have Thanksgiving! I thought the USA didn't start Christmas until after that?
