 I have a physio coming home three days a week to supervise my exercise regime. Doing them myself was not helping. So I decided to take professional help of a physio for which I have to pay a lot which should make me more sincere to my exercise regime. My physio is a tough no nonsense person. He keeps complaining that "you behave like a bad school kid trying to dodge your work". I happen to be a scientist quite well known in my field. But being a RA patient and being in constant pain makes us a bit like bad school kid to our exercise regime I guess.
