      <title>heading into the winter blues</title>
      <description>Hey everyone.  I am new here, and winter is on its way.  Snow here, and its cold.  Bad for the bones! Today is a bad flare, in my shoulder, rt hand and fingers.  just taking it slow and easy today.  typing with one hand, takes a while.  But ya gotta do something with your mind.
What do you do to help your bones in the cold? (to keep them from hurting, flaring up)
Heating pad? warm bath?  boy, a hot tub sounds nice.....
