    I would like to know the same thing.  I've only heard good things about the mediterrean diet, especially reducing inflammation that causes heart disease.

    I have been told that Red meat can make you flare up, and that fish is the best thing to eat with RA.

    I really have to watch my Sugar intake..or I will pay for it the next day. This would be really simple for you to see if it bothers you...cut  sugars out of your diet for a couple of days, then eat a couple of deserts..see if you notice a difference..some things are worth the pain occasionally   Good Luck
