I'm a shift worker.  I work a (4) on, (4) off rotation.  I work (4) day shifts 07:00am to 07:00pm, have (4) days off, if I don't work any overtime, then I work (4) night shifts 07:00pm to 07:00am.  I feel like I am my worst enemy with my RA sometimes!  With my bizarre shift changing schedule, and my frequent overtime work, I really think that I'm making myself feel worse.  I've been told that if I keep moving, I will feel better, but I only feel like I push to exhaustion!  My job has always been very important to me, but now that I have been offically diagnosed with RA, I'm really questioning how long I'll be able to continue keeping up with this pace.  None of my coworkers, supervisors, etc. know that I have RA.  I have only recently told my family.  This is really wearing me out!!!Undecided  I'm losing speed fast.
