Side Effects of Drugs

Hello, I am grasping at straws here but am wondering if anyone has experienced granulomas in the lungs from taking Enbrel & or Humira?  My doctors have been trying to figure out for the last 2 years what is inside my lungs so far no luck, after 3 brocospy's and now they want to do an open lung biopsy, nothing has grown, they thought maybe a "MAC" disease but that is a no as well.  I am going to a good teaching hospital, UC Davis, seeing a RA dr and a lung dr.  If anyone has suggestions or thoughts I am open to any and all.
