Hello, everyone. I have been following the anti-inflammatory diet. I don't know what, if anything, it has done for my inflammation. What it has done is make my six month blood tests better than they have been in ten years. I saw my NP for f/u on my routine blood tests yesterday. My cholesterol was great, my triglycerides were 90 (at one time they were 397), my liver, kidney and thryoid function are right down the middle between low normal and high normal. So, whether or not the anit-inflammatory diet helps with inflammation is not something I need to know. What I do know is that it is apparently good for your body. I am going to continue eating this way. The positive effect on my blood tests is enough for me! Hope everyone has a good day.
