You are so right V! I started that a couple of years ago...no more full oout turkeyy dinner for 40 with all the trimmings! It's a predoen ham and a ready-made smoked beef (which everyone raved about!) and assorted ordered trays of food and let people bring stuff. Much easier! I have a large family and we have always been the hosts for the holidays since my parents died in 1984 and 1989 and I worked many different shifts on the holidays, yet still had the party. My husband is a great help and it didn't just take me having RA to simplify, It's called wising up! People just want to gather and visit and will eat whatever you put in front of them! SO Happy Holidays everyone! To a less painful 2012 to all! Mo Kiss
