About Me

Hi I am Angie, I live in Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, England with my Husband to be Neil. I have recently been diagnosed with RA and can`t beleive how this has affected not just myself, but all around me! I used to be on the go all the time, worked 40 hours a week, looked after our Labrador and 2 cats, went shopping went socialising, went for long walks, but now I can hardly walk up the stairs, never mind 5 miles around the lake. I have also been off work sick since October 2008 as I am unable to do my job anymore. I cannot lift my arms above my head, my fingers and wrists are twice the size they used to be, and I am in constant pain I know I am new to all this so any help will be appreciated. I have only taken 4 lots of Meds and I am being very patient and pray every day that this will be the day they have worked... :-) keep smiling x
