I have been diagnosed w/OA in my left hip by way of x-ray by an Ortho Dr. When I rotate my left foot & put weight on it, it pops & I get an extream pain shooting from my groin to my knee. Sometimes I just feel brusied in the middle of my butt cheek. Sometimes "popping" it feels great.
My left knee hurts due to my hip but sometimes my calve will hurt kinda bad then my leg bone will hurt & very painful to walk. My ankle joints don't bother me too much though. I have developed a limp.
My other arthritis like symptoms are so different. My joints hurt, burn, they are weak, I feel like I got the flu, I am so fatigued. I swell up. My fingers & toes for sure. I feel like my face is puffy too. My joints are not red or warm to the touch. They just burn on the inside. Then the next day I am fine. This feeling lasts from 2 days up to 6 days in a row with no let up. I take up to 8 ibuprofens a day & usually 2 naproxen. Like poor circulation but very painful.
Starts out in my right shoulder then down to my elbow then wrist. My hand is a little painful but not my fingers really. Then my left wrist then elbow but not my left shoulder. When I am really hurting, my arm bones hurt. If I use my arm it takes so much effort & it wares me out.
Like right now, my right shoulder hurts all the way down to my wrist & fingers. It pops everytime I stretch out my arm. I stopped taking so many Advils Fri. the 26th. That following Monday & strated hurting. By Wednesday I had to buy more Advils. I couldn't even take my kids trick-or-treating. I am still hurting. I thought I was gonna have to go to the ER Saturday night. I think I have an ulcer from the Advils.
I am on Cymbalta & I love it. I used to live with a headache every day & migraines on occasion. Now I hardly ever have a headache!!! I have times when my eye will hurt too bad to even move it & I get a terrible migraine. When I miss a Cymbalta, I am a zombie. I can not stay awake for nothing.
With this eye pain my face hurts to the touch. Even air hurts. Like it's burned but it's not. Luke warm water feels like fire & opening the fridge feels like ice. I've had this for 4 years, it happens every 2-4 months & lasts for a few days. Sometimes the pain travels from my face to my shoulder or back.
I have also been diagnosed with stage 4 Endo, IBS, Valve regurgitation, dysthymic disorder (depression). My GI thought my symptoms were related to MS, so I have had a MRI to rule that out. I told my GI about my symptoms because 1. he listens to me, & 2. I thought they might be related to a vitamin deficiency due to my IBS.
In have not seen the Ortho Dr. about these new symptoms. I've had the hip pain for about 2 years. All of the other new stuff has been going on since July this year. I have not had insurance since July. My new insurance was effective Nov. 1st.
I also have skin & sleep issues. Sound familier to anyone?
