I'm a resident in China. I got a patient(male,33yo) with anti-CCP antibody and RF both positive and free of signs and symptoms of RA (actually,he didn't feel any uncomfortable). Tests were repeated and results remained the same. I wonder under what circumstances would the two antibodies be positive without RA?
