At what dosage does muscle atrophy occur with Prednisone? Is it possible to get it back? I was running 20-25 miles a week when I was diagnosed. I've lost a lot of muscle because I stopped running for awhile. I'm feeling much better now, and I'm running again. I take 5mg of Prednisone 2x a week. Will I be able to get it back? My doctor is thinking about taking me off soon.

    Thanks for the blog
