As an RA patient I am currently on Methotrexate, Sulfasalazine anf Humira.  Even so, there are times that Prednisone dose paks are necessary.  In an effort to combat stiffness and ease pain I have sought out massage.  Massage not only loosens the muscles surrounding joints, but helps to lift your spirits and give you a better outlook.  I have also recently been taking Omega 3, 6 and 9 Flaxseed capsules which have made a noticable difference.  I realized that I have not only decreased the number of aspirin I take daily, but am more energetic and forget about pain more often than not.

Now I know why I used this for sleep for almost twenty years before finally being diagnosed.  Great article.

I have a friend who swears by Monavie juice. Have you heard of it??? I would like to try it but I was wondering if I should get the doctors ok because of the meds I'm on.Just wanted more info if you had it.
