Something that people with severe RA can have.  It's very rare.  I have rheumatoid vasculitis which is also rare.  Anyway my rheumatologist noticed my tongue is getting larger and he wants to test me for this.  He does that by taking a biopsy of fat from my abdomen.  Just thought this was something to share so you can learn about it.
