Hi All~

So here's the burning question of the day. To exercise, or not to exercise?

I exercise every day. But I wonder if on really bad days, if I should? Or does it just not matter?

As I've mentioned before, I'm really new to all of this. Before I knew that I had RA, I would just keep going. Now that I have RA? I do the same thing. Every morning I walk a minimum of 30 minutes on the treadmill to get everything moving. But am I just perpetuating the cycle? Am I helping or hurting myself? Or do I just go with what I *think* is right?

What feels right is that I should keep it up. But on the other hand, I have felt sooooo lousy the last few weeks.

So of course, now I'm questioning everything.

Thanks for listening to me ramble. Any insight would be appreciated.

Ish
