Snap, crackle, POP!

Hi,

Yet another question.

If you're having more cracking and popping, does that mean the RA is getting worse?

I know that the popping is caused by air bubbles in the synovial fluid. Do more air bubbles mean that the RA is progressing?

Thanks,
Ish

To exercise, or not to exercise....

Hi All~

So here's the burning question of the day. To exercise, or not to exercise?

I exercise every day. But I wonder if on really bad days, if I should? Or does it just not matter?

As I've mentioned before, I'm really new to all of this. Before I knew that I had RA, I would just keep going. Now that I have RA? I do the same thing. Every morning I walk a minimum of 30 minutes on the treadmill to get everything moving....

Overdoing it.

Hi,

I'm still very very new to RA. So I'm still trying to figure out what parts of my life I have to change, and which I don't. Guess what? I found one that I do have to change. I'm sure that doesn't come as any surprise to the "old hands" here!!

Friday morning, I jumped in the car. Ran into all sorts of traffic because it was friday AND Fathers Day weekend. Stopped several times on my way so that I could stretch and walk...
