Jimmi, I dont have RA but a co-worker of my husband does, he has had it since the 80's. He just started taking this natural micro algae (harvested in Hawaii) for one month and has had some relief. I am just letting you know about it because I think it can help. I wish the world knew about it. Maybe one day they will. Until then it has been a private mission of mine to get the word out. This product helps a whole lot more than RA but his recent feedback was encouraging enough to look to see if RA sufferers knew about it...it doesnt appear that they do. Yeah I'm feeling fine right now. I saw some info about far infrared thermal therapy if you want to know more you can go to www.farinfraredmedical.org There's some new reports on arthritis treatments & if you're like me & can't tolerate glucosamine or cortisone its pretty exciting stuff!!! The Hawii stuff sounds good, but I'm on a bit of a mission to stay off meds & stuff since I've had a few bad reations lately. Cheers all.
