exercise

By Kelley Saturday, October 11, 2008

Hey all,

My husband bought me an exercise machine called the "gazelle".  Don't laugh as you've all probably seen the infomercials.  It works because there is no impact on knees or any other joint.  It's helped me much and it was fairly cheap, about $100 but often they are on sale for less, also, check the classifieds, as people sell them.  I don't usually speak highly of stuff such as this but truly, it works and it doesn't hurt my jointsl

Warm Regards,

Is that the guy with the pony tail coming out of the back of his hat? Smile Glad to hear that you are exercising as it is one of the best things we can do for managing our RA.

Yep, that cheezy guy on the infomercials.  Tony Little?  He makes me laugh and I was kind of embarassed getting this machine because of that guys damn pony tail.  We just got it because it has no impact on my joints.  It's not like I can do calastenics (spelling?)

I did lose 30 pounds, now I'm back to my  normal weight.  Some of it may be due to the inflammatory bowel getting fixed.  That's kind of gross.

It helped me, so I thought I'd share that with everyone.

Warm Regards,

Kelleybme
