Hi my name is Stephanie.  I am also 25 and a mother of 2.  I have ulcerative colitis and since october 2009 been suffering from joint pain.  The pain started in both of my knees and has progress to just about all of my joints.  I go to see the rheumatologist on March 18.  I am just sure she will tell me I also have RA.  I get Remicade to treat my UC every 8 wks.  I noticed that after receiving my remicade treatment my joint pain subsided for about a wk.  Which was wonderful... I had my life back for that wk.  But, now the pain has come back full force.  I heating my rice bag and that brings temporary relief (I'll take all the relief I can get).  They are talking about increasing my remicade dose to help out with the joint pain, but the doc wanted to wait until all of my blood work came back in.  Anyway, that may be an option for you to consider.  Remicade is an IV drug.

I hope you find something that works, I know how painful this is.

-Stephanie
