World Arthritis Day, 12 October 2007

World Arthritis Day may be more prominent in Europe, but it still gives us all a chance to reflect upon and talk about the issues surrounding all forms of arthritis and, especially, how those issues impact people living with Rheumatoid Arthritis.

MyRACentral is a vibrant community where members share their experiences and emotions with one another, whether they're feelings of frustration and depression or occasions of happiness and success.

This day provides an opportunity for our community members to discuss what small things matter to them. One of the goals of World Arthritis Day is to raise awareness about the condition and educate the public about what the disease means to those who suffer from it.

I would like to encourage you all to submit a SharePost about the small things that make your daily life easier or harder. We'll collect all of the SharePosts and turn them into a reference list for people new to RA or new to the site. It's a great way to share ideas and build our community resources.

I look forward to your participation!
