Hi Connie, it's good to hear that you were able to get off that pesky prednisone! Are you currently on Plaquenil? It's not technically an antiflammatory, its a disease modifying antirheumatic drug and it's not bad. Now if you want to go the natural route, fish oil is wonderful. It's a purely natural way to combat inflammation in your body. I would check with the good ol'e rheumatologist first though. Good luck and best wishes!

thank you for the reply. I'm already on an omega-3 fish oil, two daily, I'm not sure about the plaquenil? I'll ask doc next time i'm in .....thank you.
