I am a professional musician who happens to live with multiple sclerosis and rheumatoid arthritis while keeping a close eye on the monster which is depression. I did nothing to cause these chronic illnesses but seek to live well in spite of them. I believe that, by sharing information and discussing ideas, experiences, and opinions, we can nurture and support each other on this journey together. With knowledge and support comes empowerment in the face of the unknown.
