      <title>Today I feel like 100</title>
      <description>Some days are just better than others.&amp;nbsp; I did get some running in, with a lot of walk breaks, but still it was exercise.&amp;nbsp; I then painted the fence.&amp;nbsp; My wrists are killing me now.&amp;nbsp; I feel like such a baby.&amp;nbsp; Why do we do these things to ourselves.&amp;nbsp; I think I try to pretend I can do the things that others without the disease can do.&amp;nbsp; I try so hard to keep up with the other girls at the running group...why..is it...</description>
