A natural alternative method to handle RA pain

By Edith Knight-Silva Friday, October 17, 2008

To anyone looking for a natural alternative method of handling RA pain, i discovered a very good soluti aton three years ago and I'm a renewed person because of it. I've been given back my dignity and independance, which is so important to me. It's Mangosteen juice, made from the mangosteen fruit thats grown in Southeastern Asian countries and produced by the Xango company who holds a patent on it. It can only be purchased from an indepenant distributor which i became so i could get what i needed at whole sale cost. My distributor # is 3723727 If anyones interested or have any questions feel free to look at my website www.edithknight.biz or email me at prestige2_edith@yahoo.com you can send me a fax at 530-676-4389. I take 2oz 3x daily and being a natural Cox2 inhibitor it works as a natural anti-inflamitory agent. Theres absolutely nothing else in it but juice, not even sugars. In calming my RA it has improved a number of other things with me and my family like: blood pressure, blood

sugar, asthma, eczema, allergies, ulcers, restlessness, menstral cramps, vertigo just to name a few and these were all improved secondary to addressing my RA. I'm so thankful for the Mangosteen fruit juice, it has literally changed my life, it means the world to me to be independant and able to go and do as i please without all the chronic pain i endured and felt imprisoned with for eight yrs.  My Dr had never heard of or knew nothing about the Mangosteen fruit but, he knew me and saw the change in me and my blood work and told me, "good job, continue doing what you're doing." He's a Stanford RA research Dr. who is open to alternative treatments. I was 46 when i was suddenly stricken and diagnosed with an acute severe case of migatory RA, I suddenly couldn't do anything for myself and felt like i was a crippled 86yr old in the worst way. Now I'm 57 and to look at me you'd never know i have RA and feel nearly as good as i did before the RA diagnoses at 46. I can exercise now but, it has to be in a pool and thats okay, at least I'm getting a work out and keeping the 50lbs off i gained from sitting as an RA victom before i found the Mangosteen juice. Remember, it's only a juice no different than having apple juice etc but, you drink much less. I know your pain, you do have an alternative choice that can go along with what ever you're taking if you're still having trouble with pain. Sincerely, Edith Knight ID#3723727

This is something else really works, I feel no pain at all.  Finally young again

vitamins that work when taken together daily

When I was 21 I was diagnosed with R.A.  I am now 32 and my R.A. was extremly painful and crippling, I had a hard time getting out of bed, walking and even lifting, I came to accept my illness and live inside an old womens body.  I had tried all kinds of meds, myths ect.  Nothing really made me feel good because if it wasn't the pain from R.A. it was the pain the meds made me feel.

Through the years my mom would order things for me to try and one day she called and said "I have it" "the cure"  I listened and wrote down what she had told me and put it on the back burner.  A few months later I was in extreme pain and my mom asked if I was taking what she had told me, of course no.  I couldn't find it with in to go out and buy more stuff that wouldn't work.

Well I finally did and it has been a blessing, I finally feel like I should and my inflammation doesn't exist.  For the first time in at least 3 years I can raise my arms above my head.

This is what I take:

1-Daily Multi Vitamin

1-Fish Oil Capsule

3-Vitamin C @ 500mg

5-Vitamin E

1-Glucosamine/Chondroitin Sulfate

1-MSM

1-Garlic pill

I take this daily at the same time, I tried to take it all in the morning but night time is better because you will burp fish oil and taste garlic.  It works for me and has others.  Good luck!

Hi - I'm glad you had good fortune with the fish oil.  My husband (who doesn't have RA) takes it regularly with no problem, along with garlic.  Me - it gives me instant reflux! But - I love fish so I have fish twice a week, usually.

I do totally agree with the glucosamine and MSM.  I take Osteobiflex with has those and chondroitin and some vitamin C as well.  I can't tolerate much C, I actually didn't know it was there, but I don't take a multivitamin (long story, won't go into that).

I also take a biologic drug Enbrel along with Celebrex.  I am positive for anti-CCP antibodies (sign of erosive disease) and had wrist damage within the first six months of being diagnosed.  But I still notice a difference if I don't take the vitamins and supplements!

Best wishes,

Ellen
