Humira support website

By Jenny2008 Tuesday, February 10, 2009

Hi all, I wanted to share a website that is very helpful if you take Humira. Travelluver told me about it and I'm so glad this person did! It's free to sign up... you get step-by-step video and written instructions for both the Humira pen and syringe, 24/7 nurse phone support, medication reminders, insurance info, a free starter kit and a free sharp's container for disposal... postage free! I wish my Rheumy would've told me about this site before I began my treatment so I'd know what to expect. Today is my second time giving it to myself and the nurse I talked to was very supportive. It's a good site! www.myhumira.com

Jenny, that is such good news! You sound so much more upbeat, glad the site helped you! I know when your new to RA, it seems very overwhelming & that you don't know who or what to turn to. Thank God there are sites like these & others. Can you imagine what people had to go through before the internet & it's wealth of knowledge? Atleast now we have the luxury of researching things to help us in those tough times!
